About Conferences 

• What is a confernce?

  • RHA has the opportunity to represent Mississippi State University on state, regional, and national levels. These conferences allow schools to come together, and learn ideas from one another to make each of our schools a better place.

• When are conferences?

  • There are conferences throughout the year. Generally, we attend SAACURH (regional) in the Fall, MARHS (state) in the Spring, and NACURH (national) in the Summer. 

• Who can attend conferences?

  • Any student who lives on campus, and has a passion for both residence life and improving Mississippi State University. 

• Is there a cost to attend conferences?

  • Delegates who are chosen to attend will be paid for by RHA. This cost is covered because there are pre-conference, during conference, and post-conference responsibilities for each student who attends. We feel that our cost is off- set by the delegate bringing the knowledge they gained back to the university.
